Common Enquiries

Reporting a Bug or Inaccuracy

If a calculator has given you an unexpected result, please let us know. Include your date of birth (or the dates you entered), the tool you were using, and your browser and operating system. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

Requesting a New Tool

We are actively adding new tools to CalcDaysTime. If there is a date or time calculation you regularly need and cannot find a good tool for, we would love to know. Popular requests get prioritized.

Advertising & Partnerships

If you are interested in advertising on CalcDaysTime or discussing a partnership, please email us at hello@calcdaystime.com with the subject line “Partnership Enquiry”. We will get back to you within 3 business days.

Privacy & Data Requests

For any enquiries related to your personal data — including access, correction, or deletion requests — please email hello@calcdaystime.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Response Times

We are a small operation and do not have a 24/7 support team. Here is what to expect:

  • General enquiries: 1–2 business days
  • Bug reports: Acknowledged within 24 hours, fixed as quickly as possible
  • Partnership enquiries: 3 business days
  • Privacy and data requests: Up to 30 days (as required by law)
